I have a strong background in sports, including cross fit, mountain biking,
and most notably, karate, where I competed at the highest level.
This experience gives me a deep understanding of the physical demands
of training and competition, which I use to inform my work as a therapist
and trainer.
In addition to my massage therapy expertise, I am a skilled personal trainer
and have spent the last decade working closely with GP referral programs
to design tailored exercise plans for individuals managing chronic conditions,
recovering from injuries, or looking to enhance their overall fitness levels.
Life is busy as a mother of two young children, and in pursuit of a better work-life balance, I decided to start my own business. This decision allows me to maintain the flexibility needed to juggle my family responsibilities while still offering my clients the highest quality of care and attention.
My approach is deeply rooted in personalised care and evidence-based techniques, ensuring every client receives the support they need to move better, feel stronger, and live healthier.
